Ralf has over 30 years of industry experience scaling software vendors into new markets and industries with a commercial focus.
After his business administration study, he worked for IBM before founding his own businesses. The latest, Impeo, growing to 150+ employees, which he sold in 2017 to PE. With industry background in automotive, finance, insurance, manufacturing industry as well as media. In Wunder Insurance Ralf focuses on Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Business Development.

Thomas is an experienced manager, coach and trainer with over 25 years experience in various leadership roles in public administration, transport, marketing, education and insurance.
A software developer at heart with a passion to enable individuals and teams to excel in business and digital development. Recently he was able as CEO of an edtech company with 200+ employees to triple the company value within a little over a year and helped to finalize the financial transaction to a new PE.
